You can place your order online for nationwide shipping. Orders generally ship within 5 days of your initial order. We ship USPS Priority mail and please allow 3 – 5 days depending on the delivery address zip code. When your order is received, we will send a n order confirmation email and  an email when your order ships with an approximate delivery date.

For your shopping convenience you can select gifts, however your order will ship them to a single locations. After you create an account and log in:

  • Select the item you want to order.
  • If it is for you – Select Myself
  • If it is a gift   –   Select Other
  • When you check out, if the item you order was selected MYSELF , at check out you will enter your shipping address. .
  • If you would like to order a GIFT for another person, you will then be prompted to list the name, ship to address, gift message and other information regarding the order. You can also add additional items to be sent to the SAME person and address, however the entire order is shipped to the SAME address.
  • If you would like to order another GIFT, you will need to create a NEW order. Each order is shipped to the SAME address.
  • For your convenience, we have created a Wonderland Gift Address Book for future gift giving. Once you send a GIFT this information is maintained in your Address Book for ease in future orders and gifting.

If you have a Corporate Account, and have a large number of guests to register, or have any questions, we will help you with instructions on how to download your address book.

We offer a comprehensive variety of customized and logo products, and we ship nationwide. You can complete the Corporate Order form for larger and custom business gift giving to your clients, colleagues and employees for special events, holiday gifting and conferences. Definitely! With a 12-cookie order minimum, we can add your photo, logo or graphic to our Logo or Photo Cookies using food-safe edible ink. When you place your order and receive your order confirmation and request to upload your logo, photo or graphic image at a resolution of 300 dpi or higher. In addition to logo, photo or a graphic image on a cookie, we the same image on:

  • Logo or Custom Image Cookies.
  • Logo or Custom Image Tins filled with Cookies.
  • Logo or Custom Image Cake in a Jar.
  • Logo or Custom Image Cake Pops.
  • Logo or Custom Image Cookie Cakes.
  • Logo or Custom Image Gift Baskets-in three sizes filled with delicious edible products
  • Logo or Custom Image Cookie Package-we package your brochure or message with each cookie individually wrapped cookie. Perfect for conventions, special events, banquet place setting for each guest, weddings and showers.

An order confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser as soon as you place your order. Your confirmation will include your order number, the order total, the shipping information and approximate date and if you have placed a Custom Order or Corporate Order that requires a logo, photo or graphic we will request you email this image to Info@WonderlandBakery.com immediately so we can begin working on your order!

Some Wonderland Bakery products require a minimum purchase, for example 12 of the same logo, photo or graphic product. The minimum on these products will be listed and the price calculated when you place your order.  If you would like to order 100 or more of the same products, please complete the Custom Order or Corporate Order form and we will quote quantity order discounts available.

If any of our items are on back order or out of stock, this information will be displayed on the product order page. Additionally, some items including cakes, we do not ship nationwide.

We ship USPS Priority Mail and standard delivery window is within 5 to 7 days for any of our in-stock products. When you place your order, you will receive an estimated delivery date depending on your delivery address zip code. For your Custom Order, Corporate Order and larger orders, we require a minimum of 5 business days for our art department to set up your order.

For advanced order placement, please email us or call us at 888-922-6654 to discuss your specific request and a member of our Wonderland Concierge team will work with you to discuss your delivery timeline. We highly recommend ordering in advance for holidays including Corporate Orders, Christmas, Hanukkah, Valentine’s Day. Some limited-edition gingerbread decorating sets and other products sell out fast, and we hate to disappoint!

Yes, we can hold your order for a future delivery date. When placing your order, please add your requested future date and any other information in the Order Comments box on the product page. Unfortunately, once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can I change part of it; such as the delivery date, delivery address, product or gift message?

Once the order is in the production stage we are unable to make any change to the order.

We ship all product USPS Priority Mail and insure each order. If there is damage to your order, please provide photos, a description and any other information and we will file a claim with USPS Priority Mail for you and when the refund is issued by USPS Priority Mail, we will send your refund to you.

All of our edible product are individually wrapped prior to shipping your order to you.

Yes. You can absolutely design your own logo, photo or graphic on cookies, cookie cakes, cake pops and other edible products. With enough lead time, we can make and customize just about any of our edible products
for nationwide shipping. We offer photo cookies, artwork or any logo on our cookies, cookie cakes and other edible products. Please describe your Corporate Order or Custom Order and a member of our Wonderland Bakery Concierge Team will assist you!

No, the image you send to us will only look as clear as the image file you supply. Logos, photos and graphic images should be 300 dpi or greater.

Most of our orders are gifts, as a rule we never include an invoice or prices within our packages. When you place your order, we send you an email with all of the information on your order and this information is only sent to the purchaser.
